There is no Delete Button to Traumas.
People who have suffered traumas cannot delete them. I’m sure if we had a delete button option, we would’ve deleted them along time ago.
Our traumatic experience is a part of us until the day we die and it affects us every single day whether we are conscious of it or not. Some days it’s even worst when we are in situations that provokes them.
It is important for you to not put yourself in vulnerable situations especially around toxic people who don’t understand or choose to ignore what it’s really like to live with horrible traumas.
Since 2012 I have been working on my self development, creating the person that I want be in this society and creating the life that I want.
Through this work and as I become more conscious, It has been extremely important for me to always feel safe. I’m very sensitive in loud environments.
Loud environments equal to chaos to me, although that’s not always the case, But I’m always on the look out. I hear many people can sleep through anything, that could never be me.
It also had been extremely important for me to be around people I trust. Consistently giving people chances who has done me wrong doesn’t work for me, especially when I don’t know you well enough.
Many people are trifling and when they get call out on their manipulative, sneaky behavior, they act like “ they don’t know what you’re talking about”. Ya, no thanks I don’t want those types of people in my network.
FYI: people can only play you if you allow them.
